Information that may be helpful:
- All communications will be sent to all Active/New, Sustainer and Honorary members in an effort to ensure that everyone receives important details. Please disregard messages that don’t pertain to you.
- If you received an email receipt of your purchase, you are confirmed.
- Active/New members are required to purchase 2 tickets(partially tax deductible) or pay the equivalent ticket fee as non-attendees (fully tax deductible).
- Sustainer and Honorary members are not obligated to purchase tickets, but are certainly welcome to attend, purchase raffle tickets, or make a direct donation.
- Want to avoid the credit card fees? Ticket purchases, donations, and raffle tickets may be paid by check payable to NWCF.
- Tax letters will be sent after the event reflecting all advance and night-of activity, in accordance with IRS guidelines.
