 Information that may be helpful:

  • All communications will be sent to all Active, Sustainer and Honorary members in an effort to ensure that everyone receives important details. Please disregard messages that don’t pertain to you.
  • If you received an email receipt of your purchase, you are confirmed.
  • Active members, required to purchase 2 tickets, should consider ordering ASAP in order to ensure your dinner preference. Some dinner options are limited, so order soon to have the most selection of restaurant and meal choices. Details about picking up dinner orders will be communicated the week of the event. 
  • Sustainer and Honorary members are not obligated to purchase tickets, but are certainly welcome to purchase a ticket (with or without dinner), raffle tickets, make a direct donation and/or bid on the vacation package options.
  • Out of town on March 6th? Select “NO DINNER” and the entire purchase price of $300 is considered a donation. Thank you!
  • All members who participate by purchasing tickets, raffle tickets or making a donation will receive a Blarney Bag on Saturday, March 6th. Those not purchasing dinner will be confirmed to be “at home” before deliveries are made on Saturday morning.
  • Raffle tickets are not specific to a particular basket. 
  • Please click on the Vacation Package descriptions for details regarding allowances for planning/timing of booking vacations. Requirements for booking vary.
  • All members will receive instructions by email for viewing the “LIVE PROGRAM” to be held at 7:00 PM on Saturday, March 6th.
  • A link for the live program will also be posted at www.northbrookwomansclub.org
