Northbrook Woman's Club Scholarships

2024-2025 Application Details:

The Northbrook Woman's Club Foundation annually grants scholarships to Northbrook residents who are high school seniors or current college, trade or professional students. These scholarships are awarded to help fund education expenses. Funding for the scholarships is derived from the fundraising activities of the Northbrook Woman’s Club. 

The scholarships are awarded on the following criteria:

  • Student’s Academic Progress
  • Worthy of Financial Assistance
  • Community Involvement
  • Extracurricular Activities 

The application for this scholarship award must include the following: 

  1. Completed Local Scholarship Application
  2. Required Essay
  3. Copy of High School Transcript


GBN STUDENTS:

Glenbrook North High School will instruct students on how to submit their application using the SchoolLinks platform. GBN students should not complete this online application but instead complete the application from the GBN local scholarship application.

HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS (other than GBN students):

Applications for Northbrook high school seniors who are enrolled in schools other than GBN are available HERE and must be submitted using one of the following methods:

  • Submit via the Northbrook Woman’s Club website at www.NorthbrookWomansClub.org
  • Mailed to: Northbrook Woman’s Club Foundation, PO Box 132, Northbrook, Illinois 60065-0132

Applications must be received digitally or postmarked by February 28th, 2025.

CURRENT COLLEGE/TRADE/PROFESSIONAL STUDENTS:

Applications for current college students are available here and must be submitted through this website or mailed to the PO Box address above by February 28th, 2025.

The selected scholarship recipients will be notified by Northbrook Woman’s Club Foundation in late May.
